The Happy 50 Course is specially designed for adults 50 years and above. The course is developed to enable out learners to adopt a positive outlook on ageing, recognise their own capabilities and capacities as well as to built a society that sees older persons as community’s resources.
By the end of the course, our seniors will understand that The Third Age is a time of growth, self-fulfillment and new possibilities. Our seniors will also learn to see and appreciate their strengths and tap on their experiences and expertise to benefit the community.
The course will be conducted in Mandarin.
