Share-A-Pot @ Agape Village is a collaboration between Caritas Singapore and Alexandra Health Systems. The programme presents seniors an opportunity to exercise, make new friends, build strong bones and bonds of friendship over a nutritious bowl of soup with rice. It is founded on the principles of good nutrition, working hand-in-hand with physical activity in a social environment.
Come! Join us for this session and spend time with the participants of the Share-A-Pot programme. In addition, take this opportunity to visit Agape Village and see the one-stop services in action.
