We all have some form of measuring stick that we use to determine our value as a person. When we feel like we’re measuring up, we feel good about ourselves. But, when we feel like we’ve fallen short, our confidence plunges. How can we better maintain our self-worth and a sense of peace throughout life’s inevitable ups and downs? Come join use for a 3-session introductory workshop to find out more!

Our workshop content includes:

1. What is self-worth and its importance
2. How can we start loving ourselves
3. Building resilience for current and future stressors
