Would you intentionally harm yourself with negative thoughts? Many people would choose not. However, some of us unconsciously suffer from such recurring negative thoughts – causing harm to our mental well-being and self-esteem.
This workshop will help us to explore the relationship between our thoughts, behaviour and feelings. It will allow us to understand how our thoughts impacts our lives and the people around us. Through this workshop, you would also be able to learn ways to challenge these negative thoughts patterns and improve your mental health and inter-personal relationships.
