Clarity’s Caregivers to Caregivers Education Programme for Mental conditions (FULL REGISTRATION)

Clarity, together with Caregiver Alliance present a 12 session workshop for caregivers.

Being a Caregiver for someone with mental illness is very challenging.  If you are a caregiver, this programme will benefit you as you will increase your understanding on the various types of mental illness and treatments, solve issues in better ways by learning effective problem-solving, communication and crisis techniques.  With these knowledge, you will be able to increase your empathy to care for your loved ones and strengthen your ability to care for yourself to prevent burnout.

To benefit from this programme, you must commit to 12 sessions, every Wednesdays from 29th June 2016.
