Arise and Shine Workshop (for Youths)

Arise and Shine (ASh) is a therapeutic group designed for youths (18-30 years old) who exhibit mild to moderate depression. The group aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for the participants to learn how to better manage their symptoms better and create a better recovery journey for themselves.
This programme has four modules that will run from May to November 2018.
