Clarity Singapore is a mental health charity endorsed by the Catholic Archdiocese of Singapore and we are a member organisation of Caritas Singapore and National Council of Social Service (NCSS). We are a company limited by guarantee with IPC status.
Clarity Singapore was founded in 2010 and we work in partnership with the Agency of Integrated Care (AIC) to deliver community mental health services in individual or group settings.
We serve clients regardless of race, religion, or culture, aged 15 – 65, with mild to moderate psychological and emotional difficulties including:
- Anxiety Disorders
- Depressive Disorders
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders
- Traumatic Disorders
- Maternal Mental Health
In our day-to-day services, we provide one-to-one psychotherapy/counselling sessions and group programmes.
We also work very closely with hospitals, community organisations and corporates to develop mental health literacy and support patient and staff mental welfare.
