We are seeking a passionate and skilled Executive, Philanthropy & Partnerships to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in advancing Caritas Singapore's resource development efforts, driving philanthropic fundraising initiatives and executing impactful events that engage donors and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture donor relationships while driving fundraising efforts
- Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring alignment with Caritas Singapore’s resource development objectives
- Oversee logistics, vendor partnerships and event operations to guarantee seamless execution
- Support budget management for events and campaigns, while contributing to canvassing efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute event and campaign communications
- Track and report on fundraising and event outcomes, offering insights for future improvements
- Manage donor processing and database systems, ensuring accurate records, timely processing of contributions and reporting
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Event Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in planning and executing fundraising events, with experience in donor cultivation and relationship building, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience with budget management for events and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Review vendors & staff purchase requisition for compliance to Procurement Policy
- Manage creation & approval of purchase orders
- Review invoices & staff claims for compliance to Procurement Policy
- Support Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets activities
- Support financial month end closing activities
- Support ad hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Meticulous, adaptable and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organisation
- Experience in social service sectors will be an added advantage
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with non-profit Salesforce solutions (e.g., Nonprofit Success Pack).
- Knowledge of donation and volunteer platforms and accounting integrations.
