  What is it about?
International cuisine. The purpose of the course is to provide students with the
knowledge and function of cooking utensils, usage of ingredients with appropriate
measurements skills. There will be practical hands-on of cooking a full course meal.
Students will also learn how to prepare a variety of international dishes, presentation
with table setting.

There will be an introduction to purchasing, budgeting for small business skills.

Entry requirement
Students must be conversant in English.

Students must achieve 75% attendance and complete all assignments to be awarded
a certificate of attendance.

Who should attend?
Migrant workers who wish to learn basic cooking skills.

How much does it cost?
Contribution of $75 per course.

Registration on 20 & 27 May and 3 & 10 June 2007, 10am - 3pm. Please bring along:
