  What is it about?
The purpose of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and function of
baking tools, usage of ingredients with appropriate measurements skills. There will be
practical hands-on production of several types of baking techniques, dough processing
and presentation. At the end of the course, students will be able to bake cookies, pies,
cakes and breads.

Entry requirement
Students must be conversant in English.

Students must achieve 75% attendance and complete all assignments to be awarded
a certificate of attendance.

Who should attend?
Migrant workers who wish to learn the basics of baking.

How much does it cost?
Contribution of $75 per course.

Registration on 20 & 27 May and 3 & 10 June 2007, 10am - 3pm. Please bring along:
