What is it about?
A Seniors Wellness and Outreach Centre to promote active aging among the heartlander seniors.

The centre provides health talks, massage and exercise facilities, family life education, lifelong learning courses, social and recreation, inter racial and inter generational activities.

The center also reaches out to the poor and needy elderly in the district. The elderly receives counselling, financial assistance, befriending and home help services.

Who should attend?
The programme caters to residents aged 45 years old and above and residing within
Marine Parade and South East district.

$12 per year membership
