About Morning Star Community Services
Morning Star Community Services was formed in 1999 as a community
service project of the Catholic Archdiocese of Singapore to enrich
and strengthen family relationships.
Objectives

provide practical skills and support for the social, emotional
and spiritual

develop the potential of every individual within the family.
