Advent 2007 Charity Projects at Parishes

CHURCH OF THE NATIVITY OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY - GIVE LIGHT TO THOSE IN DARKNESS
Strengthening relationships is a life-long endeavour which requires God's guiding light. With the theme of “Give Light to Those in Darkness” at this Advent, St Anne's Church will be supporting the work of the Morning Star Community Services with our time, money and prayers.

During the first weekend of Advent, 1 & 2 December, Morning Star Community Services will be manning a booth before and after each Mass. This will allow parishioners to find out more about the activities of Morning Star and provide a platform to offer their services.

In addition, donation envelopes in support of Morning Star will be given to parishioners after communion. These can be collected in the next week or mailed back to the parish.
