Faith and Light currently has three communities in the parishes of the East, West and Serangoon districts that reach out to the intellectually disabled people and their families to help them realise that everyone is a gift from God. They welcome people with intellectual disabilities, their families and friends of all faiths, ages and abilities.
Every month, the East, West and North Districts’ Faith and Light communities come together and celebrate the gift of one another. Each celebration is very cosy with less than 30 regular members each, including friends, the children and their families.
Activities include singing, praying, sharing, playing, feasting, talks, Mass celebrations, retreats and pilgrimages.
